Our Sommelier is passionate about wine and spirits. Trained to WSET Level 2 and a certified Modern Sommelier, his knowledge of wine offerings from around the world allows him to perfectly match each of the Chef’s creations to the ideal wine.

He will gladly share with you his knowledge of Greek wines and help you discover and unlock their secrets.  Naturally, should you prefer more conventional old world or new world wines,  his trusted wine merchants can cater to all requests.
